Position Summary

RFL is working in partnership with the Kitui County Ministry of Agriculture, Water and Irrigation (Water department) to conduct an Audit/Assessment of all Water Infrastructure in Kitui County. RFL is seeking to recruit Enumerators to support this field exercise anticipated to take place in quarter 4 of year 2017.

Education and Key Competencies

• Minimum of a Diploma in Social studies, Environmental Studies or a Water related field.
• At least 2 years of work experience including field research work.
• Competent in using mobile data collection tools.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills in Swahili and English.
• Must be proficient in written and spoken Kamba dialect.
